Io e il mio compagno siamo capitati per caso in questo ristorante, e devo dire che il caso è stato particolarmente fortuito. Siamo arrivati lì ignari del fatto che in quella serata era stata prevista una "Cena sotto le stelle" con tanto di spettacolo! Lo spettacolo è stato particolarmente gradito, era una cover band di Renato Zero, e una nota speciale di merito va al cantante per la sua intonazione, e perché soprattutto non cercava di scimmiottare totalmente Zero, ma interpretava i pezzi con la propria voce, con momenti divertenti di imitazione pura. Il servizio del locale è sciolto, senza inutili affettazioni e cordiale, come piace a me. Passiamo al cibo. Come antipasto abbiamo preso un antipasto di mare per due, che consta di diversi piatti, il tipico antipasto che ci ha soddisfatto, ma nulla di eclatante, comunque buono.. Proseguendo, il mio compagno ha preso una carbonara di mare, e io invece un fritto misto. Ho assaggiato una forchettata della carbonara di mare, e sebbene fossi ben poco convinta, mi sono dovuta ricredere immediatamente. Veramente ottima, con un buon sapore di uova che avvolgeva la pasta, e subito dopo ecco che sentivi il pesce. Complimenti davvero, non ho altro da aggiungere. Per ciò che riguarda il fritto misto, senz'altro abbondante, con una bella varietà di pesce, però ammetto che personalmente mi ha leggermente delusa. Avrei preferito che fosse più croccante e asciutto, ma soprattutto più croccante, e non lo era molto. Non voglio dire che il piatto non fosse buono, ma solo far notare la consistenza, probabilmente è anche questione di gusti. Comunque l'ho mangiato tutto, sia chiaro :) Per concludere un altro applauso all'impepata di cozze! Che BUONE, che buone, che BUONE! Carnose, saporite, gustose, insomma perfette! Amazing food and nicest people! We were staying at Grotta Giusta resort and went here for dinner on Saturday. The food was so good that we went back the next night for dinner again. We tried a bunch of different foods including crabmeat pasta, seafood salad, seafood carbonara, carpaccio, and grilled fish and all of them were amazing.
