Bad Experience. Food was average, service was bad, and the bill paying experience was a disaster. We ordered the smallest florentine steak suitable for a couple, which we were told was 1.1kgs. When the bill arrived, we got charged for 1.2 kgs of an aged steak from a special menu at a much higher price and added an extra still water. The waiter said he swapped the steak order and forgot to tell us. When we told him that was not right and he should have asked us if we wanted to do so, he simply took the bill and changed the bill to the florentine steak but then increased the weight to 1.4kgs to make the bill amount the same as original. Then when we queried the increase in weight, he said we got a bigger steak compared to the one we asked for. Eventually after arguing for 5 mins, he could tell we were not having any of it, he charged...

È stato un vero piacere. Prima di tutto posto molto piacevole, un rustico elegante, come essere a casa propria nel gusto. Siamo arrivati con due bimbi, 1,5 e 7aa. Ci hanno dedicato una sala, per reciproco agio. I bimbi hanno mangiato dop omassimo 10 min. Ravioloni di magro super pieni e pappardelle al ragu di nana......meravigliosi, cottura e gusto ottimi. Noi siamo passati dagli ovvii crostini e una insalatina agli asparagi crema di pecorino e olive e uovo pochè..interessantissima! Poi guancia cotta nel vino e anatra con una sorta di.purea di fagioli. Dolce un incantesimo antico al caffè Cantucci e vin santo Quanto ai vini abbiamo iniziato con un maremma e abbiamo continuato con il Birbone, notevole. Comunque la cosa che ci ha colpito di più la pronta disponibilità, la velocità e le infinite attenzioni durante la serata. Persone competenti ed eleganti Un vero piacere ci siamo davvero sentiti a casa. Conto adeguato anzi contenuto in relazione al tutto di estrema qualità.
