Ristorante Il Binario — Restaurant in Montale

First of all I need to mention that the specialty of this restaurant is the seafood. My husband is seafood person but I’m not. So my review will be from a carnivore. My bruschetta unfortunately was very salty, in a way that I couldn’t swallow without water. We both liked the Artichoke and roasted potatoes. My husband said his food was “ok”. I ordered Tagliata di manzo with Rucola and it was different from the other places that the slices of meat are on a bed of Rucola. Instead the vegetable was little. This restaurant offered us a real feast. The interior is modernly decorated, creating a comfortable and elegant environment. The staff is extremely professional. The food is outstanding, with an emphasis on freshness and authentic flavors of seafood delicacies. I am particularly impressed with their fish dishes with local spices and sauces. Avevo letto le recensioni ma non pensavo poi così male invece avevano ragione,pesce di pochissima qualita' e parecchio insipido....non male l'antipasto di mare ma i primi sanno di tutto ma non di pesce 1 all'astice 1 al granchio 1 carbonara di mare da zero a zero poi ci hanno portato un'altro primo all'astice pensando che era nostro noi gli abbiamo detto di no e cmq ce lo hanno dato senza farcelo pagare nota positiva x loro,poi dalle 20 che eravamo lì alle 22 ci hanno portato i secondi frittura insomma insomma la mia compagna aveva ordinato le seppie senza prezzemolo fresco perché è incinta e alle 22.10 sono arrivate con prezzemolo fresco quindi rimandato indietro niente da fare sogliola non malaccia mi hanno detto,con bottiglia di vino bianco 100 euro ma da zero a zero(altra nota che stona locale pieno di cinesi di cui quelli accanto a noi si sono tolti le scarpe)so che questo non è colpa dei ristoratori ma rispecchia anche questo tanta clientela in...
