The food is always good and freshly made. Had the ravioli with ricotta and mushroom with a creamy walnut sauce which was delicious. The service wasn't as good as usual. Think they was training a new waiter and although he was very pretty he didn't seem to listen or retain information on our order. The owner was having to rush around getting people served. Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare all'Hotel e Ristorante La Collinetta e posso dire che è stata un'esperienza memorabile. L'hotel è immerso in un ambiente collinare incantevole, circondato dalla natura, il che rende il soggiorno estremamente rilassante. Le camere sono accoglienti, ben arredate e pulitissime, offrendo tutto il comfort di cui si ha bisogno per una vacanza rigenerante.

I have family in Montazzoli, but I always stay and end up eating at La Collinetta. Although the bed is quite hard and the cleaning lady is quite noisy early in the morning, everything is very clean, and it's still very worthwhile. The owners are very hardworkers, super friendly and smiling all the time, and Chef Thommy is a genius in the abruzzese kitchen! We can't wait...
