Dei Priori — Restaurant in Monte San Martino

Food was alright, service was terrible. After we got our appetizers it took more than an hour until for our main course to arrive. They didn’t take away our empty plates from our table, until we reminders them to do so after an hour. When we finished our drinks they were too busy doing other things to come check on us and get us new drinks, even when we tried to get someone to notice us. Meanwhile one of the guys from the staff was harassing a girl who passed by the restaurant and asked her if she has a boyfriend while she was clearly uncomfortable. Also soft drinks like Coca Cola were €7 for a 330ml can. We also ordered a bottle of water which they did not bring to us, but they tried to charge us for it....

i came here with my grandma for dinner, it was a very good experience with a very good view on the palazzo vecchio and it’s place. the reception was very good, the waiters were kind. we ordered pastas and a pizza, we got our dishes quickly and it was very good. it’s good to know that the service is not included bc in france (where we come from) the service is included so we don’t leave a tip. the waiter was very grateful toward us when we left a tip and very smiling. thanks a lot, would...

Se fosse stata una trattoria sicuramente la valutazione sarebbe stata diversa ma da un ristorante del genere con quel nome e soprattutto quei prezzi ti aspetti il meglio. Di Domenica nonostante avessimo prenotato e come noi molte altre persone ci hanno detto che la griglia non era stata accesa quindi potevamo scegliere solo tra due secondi, agnello al forno e filetto cottura roast beef ; i cappelletti in brodo non erano disponibili perchè bisognava prenotarli. I maccheroncini ai funghi porcini con pochi funghi (5/6 fettine) senza sapore con una salsetta biancastra probabilmente panna, ho chiesto il parmigiano così sono riuscito a mangiare due forchettate di (maccheroncini in bianco). L'agnello 3 pezzettini al costo di 23 euro. Quando poi ci hanno portato i dolci, un tiramisù e una zuppa inglese, ci siamo guardati perchè non sapevamo quale fosse l'uno e quale l'altra; un biscotto al cacao con sopra panna zuccherata spolverizzata di cacao l'uno e pavesini co una colata di crema al cacao l'altra, non cattivi, ma tutt'altro da quello che .avevamo chiesto.
