Amaranta has a lot to offer and it is difficult to put it into a review, but if I had to summarize it then it would be a "hidden diamond" 💎

Starting with the location. Beautifully located within an old Villa, which is surrounded by olive trees. In the front the sea and the back the mountains of the national park. 🫒

!! 💡Unfortunately, it is a little bit hidden and not so easy to find. At first we did not find it and were almost about to turn away. Therefore, just follow Google Maps and once you enter the small dirt road, turn up left. Then it is another 2 min drive uphill with two turns until you arrive at the stunning location.

If you like good service with an eye for detail then this is exactly the place. We felt from minute one well taken care of and you can see that the owner went through some kind of good gastronomy school. 🔥

Everything we tried was rich in flavour, fresh and nicely served. The prices for the quality and sizes of dishes are more than fair. 💯
