This was an amazing restaurant! The food was top class. I tried wonderful, beautifully presented appetizers and entrees. I have to say that these were some of the very best appetizers I have ever had. I wish I could tell you all the different, delectable foods we had, but since I don't speak Italian, I will try to describe some of them... one of the appetizers was toast, but no ordinary toast. This toast had pheasant and blue crab in an amazing sauce with, beautiful and tasty additional sides such as, sun dried tomatoes, mushrooms and a dip of sorts. This was my favorite. The entrees were superb. My favorite being the "cow cheek". To those of you that find that wording funny, that would be a very simplistic description of this entrée. The meat actually was melt-in-your-mouth tender and just absolutely delicious. And the deserts, just Wow! The lemon shaped desert was a lemon mousse with a mint cream filling and chocolate crumbles. I have to say it is one of my favorites. What an interesting and delightfully tasty desert. I would go into more detail about other appetizers, entrees and deserts but I feel like I am in a food coma. Must sleep! Read moreBooked I'm advance during my stay I'm busta in order to enable them to cater to vegans. I was a bit apprehensive as I'd heard it was very traditional but on the day of my booking I had so many options to choose from.
I ordered a local prosecco, mixed salad and mushroom and truffle gnocchi. Everything was divine. They even supplied a basket of complimentary bread from grissini to fried bread and these curried crackers type thing.
Food was spot on, the atmosphere was relaxing and it is a beautiful restaurant. Plus the service was incredible.
Big shout out to Gaia and Roberto who couldn't have provided better service and made me feel very comfortable...

Tagliatelle al capretto finferli e stravecchio buone ma con la pasta che non si é amalgamata bene agli altri ingredienti. Dessert non scelto perché ritengo che 7,50€ é un prezzo improponibile. Sorpresa : mezzo litro di vino scaraffato da una bottiglia 18€. Come é possibile? La bottiglia, vengo a sapere dopo, costava 26€. Inammissibile pagare 18€ mezzo litro di vino. Piuttosto prendetene uno alla spina. Non ho problemi di soldi, li spendo per il cibo. Ma non li spenderò più per sorprese di questo tipo.
