I was invited at this establishment Sunday for lunch and, despite having a reservation (which I've been told they are very strict on you being there in time, otherwise they are giving away your table.. questionable and not very customer driven, IMHO), we were waiting with a bunch of other people all having reservations for more than 30 minutes when we decided to leave. The food was kinda good, but the employees along with the management were rude. We explained them what problems we had, but they were blaming them on us, the manager made us feel like some kind of fools who don’t know how to use that kind of ordering system, even if we told her that we are not stupid and know how to use it. Long story short, they gave us, a group of 11 people, only one tablet to order and said that we can use our phones too, which crashed their system. Siamo stati qui a pranzo a dicembre,il menu viene 15 euro +coperto bevande e dolci esclusi. Il menù del pranzo è vario rispetto altrove dove magari mancano tartare o varietà di roll. Qui invece c'è un po' di tutto comprese 2 tartare, nigiri limited edition, roll limited edition, gunkan E hosomaki. Sono celiaca e mi han portato la salsa di soia senza glutine inoltre sono preparati per i celiaci, oltre ad indicare attentamente ogni allergene per ogni piatto si deve scrivere nelle note di ogni ordine se hai intolleranze. A quel punto siete certi che lo chef lo imbastirá per voi secondo le coltre esigenze potrete accorgervene perché lo staff alla consegna lo dice e anche perché può mancare un ingrediente del piatto magari perché non idoneo, solitamente si tratta delle salse. Comunque il personale è gentilissimo, ci ha accolto una ragazza che ci ha spiegato per bene anche la loro varietà di sake e di distillati giapponesi che usano anche per fare cocktail che altrove non trovate. Il costo è normale, sugli 8 euro a bicchiere. I roll sono da 4 pezzi e più piccoli del normale ma lo trovo giusto così è possibile sceglierne di più e provarli senza esser sazio dopo due ordinazioni. Io sono amante dei nigiri e li ho trovati buoni ma non il top. Mi piacciono anche i futomaki ma contenevano tutti glutine quindi non ho potuto ordinarli per me.
