It is not easy to find such an exquisite combination of traditional food, friendly staff and homemade liquors. The starters revisit traditional recipes such as 'Pipindune e Ove' (peppers and eggs), breaded cheese and local 'Parma' ham. The arrosticini - traditional skewers made with little cubes of lamb - are delicious and even available in a number of 'exotic' variations such as liver, chicken, breaded chicken, pork and veal (which you will hardly find somewhere else). As well as the spirits normally found in most Italian restaurants, they offer an array of homemade liquors such as Genziana (made from the roots of a local plant), Nocino (made from walnuts), Vino Cotto (cooked wine) and Prugnolo (made from prunes) - all of them are unmissable, as is the wine of the house which reminds you of the wine that local farmers prepare for themselves (if you are lucky enough to try it!). As if this wasn't enough, the cherry on top was the friendly staff joining our table at the end of our meal for a final round of homemade spirits. Thank you Loris and staff for such a great experience! We will definitely return to visit you whenever we are around. Ristorantino in posizione molto panoramica da cui si possono apprezzare le colline dell'entroterra abruzzese. All'interno si respira un'atmosfera molto casereccia che mette a proprio agio gli ospiti. Il personale è molto attento e disponibile. Il menù è essenziale e punta sulle stuzzicherie locali: salumi, formaggi, bruschette, fritti e arrosticini. Da accompagnare con della birra artigianale o buon vino. Il digestivo è offerto dalla casa! La qualità degli arrosticini tradizionali è molto alta e i veterani non ne restano delusi. I prezzi sono in linea, anzi, per i tempi che corrono sono anche piuttosto convenienti. Suggerisco di fornire sempre il menù ai clienti, sia per consentire ai "nuovi" di rendersi conto di tutte le portate disponibili sia per consentire agli abituali di poter cogliere eventuali variazioni dei prezzi (il menù è obbligatorio). Inoltre suggerisco al titolare, molto cordiale, di domandare la cottura desiderata prima di servire gli arrosticini. Comunque molto...

A dir poco spettacolare e gustosissimo tutto!!!!

Solo qui si possono mangiare i veri arrosticini abruzzesi, consigliato anni fa da persone che vivono nei dintorni, sono anni che andiamo in vacanza in Abruzzo ed ovunque siamo indipendentemente dalla distanza, non possiamo fare a meno di tornare a mangiare almeno una volta a vacanza...qualità e sapori invariati nei vari anni!!!

Prezzo onesto, servizio professionale, il titolare è una persona di grande stima, umile e simpaticissima; tutta la sera è in cucina, ma nel momento di uscire fone cena, è disponibile per due semplici e simpatiche chiacchiere.

Consiglio: per godersi i veri arrosticini abruzzesi, non ci sono paragoni ( non aggiungo altro).

Per me è e sarà un enorme piacere e tornare e ritornare ancora....massimo...

Jeigu norite skanios avienos- tai tik čia. Šio regiono pažiba ir tiesiog skonio orgazmas. Nėra geresnės avienos iešmelių negu čia. Reikia važiuoti su mašina bet tai verta kiekvieno metro!!!! Ypač paragaukit avienos kepenėlių su svogūnais. Bei rankų darbo iešmelių. Skonio šventė!!!! Reikia užsisakyti iš anksto nes vietos negausite!!! Tai turbūt geriausia grill aviena kokią esu valgęs!!! Žmogui reikia užsisakyti 10-15 iešmelių žmogui!!!! Kaina tiesiog juokinga!!!!

Dolce pieno di mascarpone non dico immangiabile ma quasi. Prezzo contenuto e purtroppo anche la qualità.

Locale rustico con ampio parcheggio nel retro, bello e buoni antipasti, ma non eccelle negli arrosticini. Gli arrosticini fatti a mano sono nella media, ma quelli a taglio industriale sono decisamente sotto la media, gli arrosticini di fegato invece erano buoni. Dolce pieno di mascarpone non dico immangiabile ma quasi. Prezzo contenuto e purtroppo anche la qualità.
