Antica Trattoria Del Turbone — Restaurant in Montelupo Fiorentino

Sono tornato in questo locale che ha deciso di innovarsi. Menù completamente nuovo e non adatto alle mie possibilità. È diventata una steak house con carne di elevata qualità e non la chiamerei "Trattoria". Il pregio. Se desideri carni pregiatissime (Kobe) e puoi permettertele questo luogo, almeno per il cibo, potrebbe essere quello giusto. Non credo che in zona ce ne siano altri così attrezzati di carni di alto valore e con una adeguata lista di vini.

Ambiente: rispetto a come me lo ricordavo è stato migliorato. L'esterno è più elegante, l'interno mi è sembrato il solito. Sinceramente, mia umile opinione, trovo discrepanza fra il menù e la lication o meglio con l'architettura del locale.

Servizio: Persone giovani e gentili che secondo me, per servire certi piatti, hanno ancora da imparare. La gentilezza c'è ma attenzione ad ostentarla. La gentilezza nasce da dentro. Personalmente ho apprezzato molto la voglia di migliorsi e di reiventarsi.

Definiamo il termine Trattoria: "Una trattoria è un tipo di ristorante, generalmente a conduzione familiare, che offre cucina casalinga e tradizionale, spesso a prezzi più accessibili rispetto ai ristoranti più formali. Il termine deriva dal francese "traiteur", che significa "colui che prepara e tratta il cibo", collegato al latino "tractare" che significa trattare o preparare. Le trattorie sono spesso caratterizzate da un'atmosfera accogliente e informale, con un'attenzione particolare ai piatti regionali e locali. "

Quindi a mio avviso il termine trattoria non è il nome più indicato. Vedi carni provenienti da varie parti d'Italia e dal mondo.

Just really good food. It’s out of the way from florence but for sure worth it. The food it’s incredible and the driving to the country it’s just a great way to get away from all the traffic in general and the regular tourist routes. Hidden Gem in Tuscany that we stumbled across by chance! But definitely worth going out of your way to eat here.. from the moment we arrived to leaving was just an exquisite experience.
