Well first of all my overall experience in Italy is very bad and negative , this is in overall ( and if you want to prove that , listen to any two foreigner talking with each other ) … I have been here since December 2021 and although I lived in many other places around the world but Italy ( and the italian) is a place that I can not understand and I will never understand and I wish God will not show me a place like Italy …. overall Italian are very much careless ( and I would like to insist that it is not everyone and everywhere ) but in general that’s my experience so far and I wish I knew that from the beginning. From rent contract rejected by the owner based on my citizenship and ethnicity to a university program that is totally not organized and chaotic . Finally I ended up hosted by a nice lady in Monteriggioni that’s in the outskirt of Siena and the only Resturant around could be Sclavi . I just want to go and have good time , as it is the only place around , that’s all ! but even though supposedly a good time , I experience the same thing I am seeing around Italy . One day one of the waitresses told me openly that she “ don’t like me “ with absolutely No reason , but if that’s her only reason for not serving me then that’s actually in other countries is “ a case in the court !! “ . I asked her other colleagues why she said that ? then after few weeks she felt shameful of what she said and started to smile from far and call me “ my friend “ Today I went to chill with my book , I entered with two other couples who look Italian and I sited next to the table they sit and one of the waitresses gave them the menu but not me , ( always the excuse is we didn’t see you although and very visible , or we didn’t know you want to order food ) waitresses here can pass by you one after another as if they don’t see you , sometimes I have to wave and call them , but if they want something like searching for an apartment nearby , they will come and talk to you , and suddenly they will start to speak in English. Sometimes I use to go and serve my self to avoid all this but some other time I sit and wait for them to come especially when I want to order food . I decided today not to go to Sclavi any more ( although i am going there on a frequent 1 to 2 times a day but this is not enough for them to see me as a regular customer ) I decided not to go even for a morning coffee . I will make my own Arabian coffee at home or go to the center or the university , but I will not pass by...
Read moreIf I could give the service a Zero I would. We encountered the rudest waitress ever named Sylvana. It was about 37 degrees outside and it started to rain so we went inside in the glass enclosed section. It was literally a sauna... When we asked Sylvana to open the part of the glass sliding door that where the rain couldn't enter she refused, we told her we could barely breathe and we were drenched in sweat with four children, two under the age of one years old. After we asked again and she refused rudely ignoring the fact that no rain was entering, I mentioned that she would lose us as customers and she replied she wouldn't want customers like us to come back anyway..rudest service ever. Do not go here. If I were the owner I would not want her to...

Consiglio? Non...
