After washing clothes down the street we stopped in for lunch. Very clean facility. We had the pizza which was reheated and tasty. Nice bar keep who is likely the owner. Full bar gets you the quaff you desire. Located on the main road into town there is limited street parking in front of the store front. A public parking lot is just down the street and is an easy walk. Goyo GTO says go! Please let them know you were referred by Goyo GTO. Please consider giving me a ‘like’ for the review.

Very friendly bar. I'm walking the Francigena, and went off a bit to catch a rest. The host greeted me very warmly, and even provided me an Italian tapa 😁 It was very much appreciated. I highly recommend the break detour (but watch traffic!)

Tramite passaparola siamo venuti a conoscenza di questo ristorante spettacolare. Spettacolare perché veramente è un posto dove trovare ristoro, cosa che negli ultimi tempi è sempre più rara. Accolti da Milly e dallo Chef Antonio ci siamo fatti trasportare dal loro entusiasmo e, optando per un menu di pesce, abbiamo lasciato fare a tutto a lui. Ci ha portato prima una serie di antipasti di pesce fresco (cozze fritte DELIZIOSE). Dopo gli antipasti ed una bottiglia di prosecco rosé abbiamo mangiato una bella porzione di frittura. Infine, immancabile un piatto di pasta con scarpetta finale perché il sugo era buonissimo!!

Very friendly bar. I'm walking the Francigena, and went off a bit to catch a rest. The host greeted me very warmly, and even provided me an Italian tapa 😁 It was very much appreciated. I highly recommend the break detour (but watch traffic!)

Tramite passaparola siamo venuti a conoscenza di questo ristorante spettacolare. Spettacolare perché veramente è un posto dove trovare ristoro, cosa che negli ultimi tempi è sempre più rara. Accolti da Milly e dallo Chef Antonio ci siamo fatti trasportare dal loro entusiasmo e, optando per un menu di pesce, abbiamo lasciato fare a tutto a lui. La cordialità e la semplicità dello Chef e la sua signora Milly fanno la differenza. Attenti, premurosi e professionali verso i clienti. Ottimo il cibo sia tradizionale locale che lucano (antipasti, primi, secondi, contorni e dolci). I piatti prelibati di mare ti lasciano ad occhi aperti, sia la qualità che la fantasia dello Chef,a dir poco ottimi. A coronare il tutto sono i vini sia toscani, lucani e di tutto il territorio nazionale. Antonio lo Chef, trova sempre il tempo per intrattenersi con i clienti ed interagire al fine di conoscere il gradimento delle pietanze scelte e se necessario consigliare loro. Consiglio a tutti di recarsi da Milly e Antonio a pochi...
