One of the worst experiences I have had in Italy for food/service. The restaurant is completing mis-managed with complete and total chaos and no organization. No order or reason for the way the courses come out. There were 6 of us, all of our courses came out in strange orders with some people at our table not receiving items. It took over 2.5 hours to complete our meal. We were the very first to sit down and almost the last to leave, without even receiving some of our items.
