Il Caffe' Di Alice di Bandini Catia — Restaurant in Montespertoli

I come here sometimes for the excellent espresso coffee and delicious pizza, as well as the pastries which are exceptional in flavor. But if you cross paths with the Man working here, don't expect a welcome. Indeed some may find his ways gruff and offensive. I find this decidedly atypical for a Bar.

Instead, the staff is of commendable affability and courtesy. The venue is beautiful in the finishing touches, you can also sit outside during the day, leaving the car in the dedicated parking lot in front of the entrance. Pity! Too bad for the basic contradiction, it could be 5 stars, but, as it says, the ways distinguish people....

My family and I have just enjoyed a fabulous meal and service here , there were 12 of us staying locally and wanted to enjoy some local Italian food without travelling far, This place blew us away! The prices were great and the service was friendly and she understood English very well thankfully for us , The food came out very quickly and all together which was delicious! I never expected such great food for the price and inside everything was spotless, If you are ever staying in montespertoli give this place a try for food and drink , you will not be disappointed...

Luogo carino e ospitale, all'interno c'è un piccolo angolo dedicato alla lettura che richiama il relax e l'intimità di casa. Vendono anche pane, schiacciate e salumi, il che può essere comodo. Unica pecca: sono molto lenti nel servire. Nonostante stamani il locale sia stato praticamente vuoto, per avere un pezzo dolce e un caffellatte ho dovuto aspettare un quarto d'ora. Bè, un po' troppo direi, soprattutto la mattina, quando gli impegni di lavoro impongono ritmi un po' più veloci.

• RISPOSTA ALLA DOMANDA DEL PROPRIETARIO Buongiorno, il mio post non voleva essere assolutamente polemico, tutt'altro! L'intento era di dare un consiglio per migliorare il servizio, visto che come ho affermato, il locale è carino e accogliente. E' evidente che non tutti sanno apprezzare le critiche costruttive. Sono arrivata al bar sabato mattina alle ore 10.00 circa. Nel locale ho trovato due clienti, di cui una era stata già servita e doveva solo pagare. Al bancone c'era una ragazza gentile e educata ma estremamente lenta nel fare le cose e che si "perdeva in chiacchiere"; tanto che, come ho già scritto, per darmi una brioches e un caffellatte ho aspettato più di un quarto d'ora....
