Ristorante Borgo Divino — Restaurant in Montespertoli

The location is excellent and the view kills. But the restaurant unfortunately is another (sad) story. If your medium-rare steak is just medium, you can forgive it but when your lasagne is partly raw but than sliced to finish it at the microwave oven than you feel betrayed cause we are in Italy. Don’t mention that it was tasteless in all senses. Even the baked potatoes side dish was partly raw! The starters, messy chicken liver patè and some shrimp didn’t help to make it better. The failed attempt to save the dinner with a desert was the tiramisu which was overdominated by granulated dark chocolate so we left 2/3 of it in the stylish can. So sad about the missed opportunities there and totally overpriced. After such an unfortunate evening you don’t bother yourself to explain to the waiters...

INCROYABLE : the view, the hotel, the restaurant, the breakfast… EVERYTHING was perfect ! The service was unbelievable, people are very friendly. We 100% recommend the Borgo Divino. If you are coming to a romantic weekend it’s THE place.
