I had a fantastic meal here, one Sunday lunchtime with friends. I have been coming here on and off for years, but after this recent visit, a review was in order. There were 5 of us, so we decided to share two mixed cold cut platters at €15 per dish. The array of meat here was mouth-watering and simply perfect! From the prosciutto crudo, to the salame and sausage...all of this platter was on point! I wanted more! For my main I went for a pizza, which is what they are famous for...and it didn't disappoint as usual! I went for the pizza Cella, which consisted of a pumpkin puree base, cured pig cheek, semi dried cherry tomatoes, smoked provola cheese, and shavings of parmesan, all for €12. One of the best pizzas I've ever had. I tried some of my friends pizzas also and they were perfect also! They never disappoint. So, in the area? Tourist by any chance? Love pizza done properly? Then, definitely check this place out. Staff are friendly and courteous. Easy 5 stars. They're closed Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. Open Thursday and Friday evenings. And all day on Saturday and Saturday. So you should really book to avoid...

Assolutamente la miglior pizza che abbia mai mangiato! Un accostamento di ingredienti che lascia risaltare ogni singolo sapore, senza trascurare la qualità dell'impasto che si presenta soffice in superficie, croccante alla base ma soprattutto leggero. Ho avuto modo di provare 6 tipi di pizza e posso affermare che ognuno è stato una vera "esplosione di sapori", ho ASSAPORATO e GUSTATO tutto! Ovviamente non poteva mancare un assaggio di fritti (patate e supplì). Anche in questa occasione sono rimasto colpito dalla bontà dei supplì (premetto che adoro i supplì), friabili, croccanti e farciti con ingredienti che si sposano tra loro. Altra specialità sono stati i dolci, ovviamente preparati a mano e deliziosamente squisiti. A fare da cornice a tutta questa accurata bontà, c'è la location che ti offre uno splendido panorama ma soprattutto la professionalità, cortesia e disponibilità di TUTTO il personale. Ovviamente i miei complimenti sono rivolti a tutto il team ma soprattutto all'artista principale EMILIANO AURELI, che grazie alla sua professionalità e dedizione ci permette di gustare una "tipologia di pizza" al quanto eccezionale.
