Premetto che non sono vegano, ma proprio per questo consiglio a chiunque di provare questa nuova cucina, una gustosa alternativa alla tradizionale, che, contrariamente a quel che pensavo prima di approdare alla porta delle Lucato, non fa rimpiangere la carne, il latte e i suoi derivati...
