If there would be minus rate I would choose, because today's experience was the worst of my life!!! We had all you can eat, at the end we wanted to order 2 more rolls, the waitress took our order, then after a while we heard that, the Chef is yelling at her. Then he came to our table and started yelling at us. He said they close at 3, but it was 15 mins to 3. He was talking nonsense that we had to ask him first, not the waitress! He said the kitchen closes at 14:30, I said it's not written anywhere, he said it's the same everywhere in Italy!!! When we tried to explain him, but he didn't understand English and he was even raising his voice and was saying: "we are in Italy, you have to speak Italian", meanwhile he himself wasn't speaking understandable Italian. No Italian told me this until now. At the end he became even more rude and said "I am the boss here, it will be how I say", and even said "you already ate enough!" Can you believe?! I am still shocked. So think twice before coming here. I feel pity for the staff...

Ci siamo andati ieri sera, cameriera senza empatia. Idem il proprietario che è andato in crisi perché il locale si era riempito e forse la sola cameriera che continuava a sbuffare non riusciva a stare dietro alle comande. Poi è arrivato un cameriere evidentemente chiamato all'ultimo momento. Almeno lui era sorridente e gentile. Locale molto carino. Cibo senza lode ne infamia. Spiacente perché avevamo letto tante recensioni positive ma siamo rimasti delusi. Ho chiesto la carta dei vini e non ce l'hanno e mi hanno dettato l'elenco a voce senza prezzi. Sul menù digitale poi ho visto che l'elenco c'è. Le 2 stelle al servizio solo per il ragazzo che ha salvato capra e cavoli con il suo atteggiamento positivo, gentile e cordiale.
