Ristorante Pink Lady — Restaurant in Murera/Muravera

Really great restaurant. It's rare to eat several options from the menu and each of them is perfect as it is. We always find something that could be done better 😅 We ordered only regional dishes, like the cheese and sausage assortment (absolutely recommend), the Sardinian Porc (Delicious! The meat was so tender that it almost melted in our mouth) and the Pasta with Goat Ragù. Overall the quality of the dishes is above the norm. Simple but yet perfectly balanced flavors.

The service was excellent too. All questions had been answered, by some the waiter asked the chef instead of telling us bullsh**. Perfect. They were overall attentive and all time ready without being invasive.

What I liked most though is the fact that they are humble. They could create a fancy, expensive dining place for that kind of quality and attention, but chose not to.

We ordered 3 dishes, wine of the house (very good Cannonau) and a bottle of water and spend 70€. We would have paid even more without feeling...

Partiamo subito male, telefoniamo per chiedere se facessero pizza senza glutine e il cameriere con una scortesia non indifferente ci pressa per ordinare anche tutte le altre (erano le 16 ed erano da asporto). La pizza per celiaci c'è, cruda con un impasto tremendo non lievitato (allego foto), ma c'è. Pessima esperienza dal momento dell'ordine, schizzati e burberi. Oltre alla pizza senza glutine abbiamo ordinato altre 3 pizze, di cui due ridotte che sembravano dei pancakes doppia pasta, talmente pesanti da non riuscire a finirle. Ho ripetuto 50 volte al telefono l'ordine e hanno avuto la faccia tosta di farmi una Napoli senza sugo e di omettere un ingrediente sulla pizza senza glutine. Conto salatissimo, 4 pizze (una margherita, una vegetariana, una col crudo e una napoli) da asporto di cui 2 ridotte, ben 30 euro. Specifico che non avevamo ordinato bevande e nemmeno occupato un tavolo. Bel posto ma il personale e l'efficienza sono incommentabili. La cameriera all'ingresso, impegnata nel servire un altro tavolo ci ha aggrediti appena siamo entrati chiedendoci con tono arrogante dove stessimo andando. Sia quello che ha preso l'ordine al telefono che quella alla cassa sono stati pressanti, ansiosi e frenetici. Scortesi e maleducati.
