I am a regular guest in this restaurant for 20+ years. The 2 daughters, after the early death of their mother, have taken over the traditional way of cooking with huge success. You can get everything homemade, from pasta to local meat and wine - and even salad and asparagus picked from the meadows in the nearby mountains. I especially love the huge Christmas dinner, really delicious and endless - in hours and in food. For a few years the South Umbrian EXPAT group is gathering here once a month. Fantastic owner food impeccable. Typical Italian trattoria. Family owned and treated us like golf. House wines 450 ml was phenomenal and So was the German Sheppard in the pen next door. Definite go back. Place opens late like all country side Trattorias and they’ll be there til 11:30 but they won’t open til 8/8:30 so don’t show up early. Wife and I loved. Came highly recommended but local friends and Farm community. They were right. ! Park anywhere, it’s Umbria oh and did We mention the price. Worth that trip. I don’t steer anyone wrong and don’t have horse in the race. If they suck I’ll tell ya. Great spot worth the trip. Thanks Bert for the recommendation....

DA NON PERDERE! Eccellente la qualità del cibo e impeccabili cuoche. È possibile in primavera-estate mangiare fuori in terrazza dove c'è sempre un buon venticello.

Ricca offerta di pietanze, che soddisfa sia gli amanti della carne sia i vegetariani. Tutto è fatto in casa e con prodotti sani e genuini. Personalmente ritengo che non si possa mancare a questo appuntamento di "sapori e profumi". Un consiglio? Non andate di corsa: gustatevi ogni portata lasciando fuori il ticchettio dell'orologio.

Aggiungo che l'esperienza che si tramanda da generazione in generazione, dà vita alle tante specialità che potrete gustare. L'esperienza e la dedizione rendono ogni pietanza ricca di quel tocco in più raro da trovare. Rara è la gentilezza e il sorriso con cui vieni accolto. È il luogo in cui, in assoluto, amo di più mangiare e gustare ogni piatto. È il luogo che amo condividere con la mia famiglia e i miei amici più cari. Mi emoziona scoprire che tornano anche senza di me, partendo da Roma per gustarsi un pranzo.
