Siamo rimasti semplicemente innamorati di questo posticino, all'ingresso del borgo di Nazzano sulla Tiberina: 5 stelle super meritate a partire dall'accoglienza e dal servizio (sebbene fossimo arrivati di sabato a pranzo 'fuori orario', verso le 14.45, dopo lungo viaggio in moto, ci hanno cortesemente tenuto un tavolo prenotato pochi minuti prima telefonicamente). La cucina tipica napoletana in Sabina, a dir poco sublime... Abbiamo gustato paccheri allo scoglio, antipasto di mare della casa (un trionfo di sapori genuini e davvero super, tutto preparato con amore e si sente! Con il loro pane fatto in casa (che già di per sé merita un encomio!)... Il tutto accompagnato da un ottimo Franciacorta. Complimenti allo staff, ragazzi super professionali e disponibili ed al Sig.Tobia con la sua accoglienza cordiale e la sua solarità mette tutti a proprio agio.
