Bar Centrale — Restaurant in Nebbiuno

We heard about Nonna Anna back in 2024 purely by chance when i came acccross a reel on Instagram where it mentioned that Anna was the oldest batista in Italy. The text was in Italian so after translation and some research, we narrowed down our search to Nebbiuno but couldn't find the name of the location or nonna. Aroumd 2 months later, Nonna Anna was mentioned in a newspaper srticle and the cafe name became known to us and finally, we planned part of our honeymoon around visiting her and having some espresso...and we did.

The coffee and home-made apple cake are quite amusing, the views are breathtaking, and Nonna qas just an inspiration.

Abbiamo sentito parlare della Signora Anna in TV e abbiamo deciso di andare a conoscerla personalmente da Cuneo ieri, 29/9/2024. 99 anni e non sentirli. Ci ha fatto molto molto piacere conoscere lei e la figlia e scambiare 2 chiacchiere. Il bar è vintage, ma molto tranquillo e carino con un giardino vista lago maggiore sul retro. La signora è gentilissima, cordiale e fa ancora tutto lei con tantissima passione e dedizione, ci ha preso le ordinazioni e portato il caffè, che fatto da lei ha quel tocco in più, e la torta di mele fatta ancora d lei? Squisita. 😊Ci si è sciolto il cuore e siamo tornati a casa ipercarichi.
