Locale dove si mangia bene e si spende poco 😀 Una bella scoperta nel cuore delle Langhe La strada per arrivare è bellissima.. affiancata dagli splendidi filari delle vigne.. Il locale ha posti sia interni che esterni..e un ampio parcheggio.. e un bel venticello rinfrescante Locale semplice ma curato.. Il Menù finalmente senza quel triste QR code...ma scritto su fogli e appesi su un apposita lavagnetta. Cibo stra buono...ho dato solo 5 stelle perché di più non potevo darne.. Noi abbiamo preso 1Antipasto (consigliatissimo) un tagliere di salumi e formaggi accompagnati da un cestino con pane di castagne , grissini, pane comune e da due salsine strepitose .una di cipolle caramellate e una di crema di peperoni piccanti che adoravo..

La pasta è fatta in casa da loro...e nel sapore si sente.. Come primo abbiamo preso; 1 plin con ragù di salsiccia.. 1lasagna alla Piola (lasagne con pomodorini, gorgonzola,olive,) davvero buoni entrambi i piatti

Come secondo 2 brasati al barolo con patate al forno.. Ottimo

Dolce non l'abbiamo preso..ma quelli che giravano nei tavoli erano davvero invitati.. Vino 2Caffè.. Prezzo buono.. in due abbiamo speso,€62.... e il coperto non c'è 😀

Il personale è gentile e molto preparato..ti spiegano i piatti e come vengono elaborati se interessati.. Tra lo staff non posso non citare la loro mascotte...una dolcissima cagnolina sempre in cerca di coccole....e io non ho resistito a ricoprirla di coccoline.🤣😍

Per ultimo...ma non x importanza... perché è il punto di forza del locale.. voglio ringraziare MARCO. Un oste simpatico,preparato, cordiale...che mi ha colpito il molto per una frase che ci ha detto prima di andare via... Qui si entra da clienti..ma si esce da Amici.. È vero...non ci siamo mai sentiti clienti..ma da subito Amici.. Grazie Marco per la bella...
