For me, this is what a perfect pizza should be. It had just the right amount of sauce - not too much so that I had to cut the pizza with a fork, and not too little so the pizza was dry. I ordered a marinara with eggplant and patate al forno, and I love how I was given a GENEROUS amount of eggplant. I also liked how fresh olives were automatically included on my pizza without me having to add them to my order. To top it off, the pizza had the perfect sprinkling of oregano. I wished I lived in Nocera Superiore so I could have this pizza every week. I have eaten at this pizzeria twice, and you can really taste the passion and love that goes into each and every pizza. Ottima pizzeria: pizza, fritti e servizio eccellenti! Impasto napoletano molto buono e leggero, steso bene, e condito con ingredienti di qualità. La frittatina di pasta è eccezionale, così come i crocché di patate! Molto buona anche l'idea che hanno avuto di fare una specie di pizza arrotolata e tagliata come antipasto da condividere. Siamo stati di sabato sera e se anche è stata lunga l attesa di un ora e mezza per avere le pizze ordinate, posso dirvi che abbiamo mangiato un ottima pizza ,anche con tanta confusione hanno saputo darci sempre il meglio ,una gustosa pizza e poi mio figlio che ha chiesto la pizza con i broccoli ci hanno risposto che non sono più di stagione, giustamente chi usa i prodotti freschi!...
