Después de 10 días viajando por Sicilia, sin lugar a dudas este ha sido el mejor restaurante. Además nos hospedamos en el hotel, lo que hizo la experiencia aún más especial. Cada uno de los platos exquisitos, una mezcla de siciliano y francés, que los hacen únicos. Desde los gnocci ripieni, rellenos de queso cremoso y almendras, el pulpo, la lombatina vítelo, una carne macerada al romero exquisita. Y el servicio de camareros no puede ser más atento y profesional. Por poner un pero, el hotel es adults only, sin embargo en el restaurante si pueden entrar niños, y en la mesa de al lado había varios, y lógicamente terminan rompiendo el clima tan romántico y genuino del lugar.
