I’ve been on a tour of trying breakfast spots in Imola for the past week and I thought this place will be as advertised but I found that there are many other brekfast pasticheris that are smaller but the quality of the food and drinks is better. The juices here are strange and do not taste like fruit juice but more like watered down juice that looks and tastes suspicious to say the least. Ho conosciuto il Mamma Mia per la selezione dei loro caffè ed i loro speciali cappuccini, preparati da Matteo: maestro professionista di latte art. Nel tempo ho iniziato a frequentare anche il loro bar enoteca durante gli aperitivi e sono stata introdotta nel magico mondo dei vini naturali da Andrea, un vero esperto sommelier nel campo. La loro cantina comprende voci di vini ricercati di piccoli produttori che si possono trovare solo presso ristoranti stellati. Proprio per questo loro sono distributori diretti di ristoranti menzionati in guide Micheline. Se passate da Imola e volete bere davvero bene, è obbligatorio passare al Mamma mia.
