POST LUNGO!! delusione totale
NULLA MA PRORIO NULLA a che vedere con il FARÈ DI Porto San Paolo!!!!!!!
Servizio pessimo,abbiamo fatto più volte richiesta per varie.. come luce sul tavolo,portacenere,acqua. Ci sta si può capire che magari trovare personale di questi tempi non è facile. E comunque il personale è stato educato in ogni situazione.
Abbiamo ordinato 4 pizze specificando bene cosa volevamo al cameriere che sembrava aver capito .... Alla fine è arrivato tutto diverso. 2 PIZZE SU 4 Salsiccia tagliata grossa a rondelle di 2 cm, mozzarella impaccata non filante. Pizze in generale non buone.
Ordiniamo un entrecote cottura media andante per il bambino e arriva una tagliata.La CARNE ERA BUONA PERÒ

Dopo aver aspettato più di 30 minuti per portarci via i piatti una volta finito e dopo aver fatto notare la cosa più volte Una volta portati via i piatti e stata fatta partire la comanda per i Paccheri.
Dopo altri 30 minuti abbiamo chiesto di bloccare la commanda/mandarli indietro ma il cameriere a detto che erano quasi pronti e che ci volevano 5 minuti,Una volta arrivati lì abbiamo detto che non li volevamo più in quanto non avevamo più fame.lui ci ha risposto ok va bene capisco e mi scuso per il ritardo.
Premetto che alcune rimostranze le abbiamo dette ai camerieri.
Ordiniamo 2 caffè e altri 15 minuti.
Andiamo alla cassa per pagare ma essendo noi dei signori non ci lamentiamo di niente in quanto si suppone che i camerieri abbiano riferito quanto successo alla signora Veronica TITOLARE .
Diciamo il tavolo alla signora batte lo scontrino ci fa pagare tutto, una volta pagato ci chiede...

Nachdem ich mir nun einige Bewertungen und die Kommentare des Eigentümers angeschaut habe, möchte ich auch ein paar Zeilen loswerden. Das Ambiente ist ohne Frage super. Der Service scheint mir sehr überfordert und ein wenig planlos. Uns versuchte man eine zusätzliche Pizza zu geben, da eine zu viel an den Tisch gebracht wurde. Nett gemeint, aber wer isst schon zwei Pizzen? Das Sprechfunkgerät an der Gürtelschnalle unseres Kellners ging gar nicht - was für ein Geplärre. Der Kellner war allerdings sehr freundlich und sprach ein gutes englisch. - Das haben wir im Il Farè Garden auch schon anders erlebt: im vergangenen Jahr waren Kellnerinnen, die den Service zu stemmen versucht haben, völlig planlos. Das hatte das Team jetzt einigermaßen im Griff. Nun zum Essen. Im vergangenen Jahr haben wir dort ein hervorragendes Thunfischsteak gegessen - jetzt gibt es nur noch Pizza. Dafür wird es Gründe geben, das ist ja auch ok, wenn auch sehr Schade. Unsere Pizzen waren alle nicht durchgebacken, also der Teig war noch sehr roh, dadurch die ganze Pizza matschig. Der Eigentümer der Pizzeria argumentiert in Kommentaren zu anderen Beiträgen mit der "Hydratisierung", und dass das so sein müsste. Nein, muss es nicht. Die Hydratation bei Pizza bezieht sich auf das Verhältnis von Wasser zu Mehl im Teig. Neapolitanische Pizza bewegt sich da zwischen 60% und 70% Wasseranteil mit entsprechend langem Ruheprozess für die Reifung. Es gibt Spezialisten, die den Wasseranteil im Teig weiter hochdrehen, bis über 80%. (Wasser ist billiger als Mehl... aber das ist dann schwierig zu verarbeiten.) Aber die Hydratation ist kein Argument für eine matschige Pizza, denn eine Pizza soll luftig, cross mit festem Boden sein, nicht matschig. Der Boden soll als Träger für gute Zutaten dienen und keine Symbiose mit ihnen eingehen. Ach so, meine Pizza stand mit Trüffelöl in der Karte. Da muss ich wohl meinen Geschmack noch ein wenig trainieren, denn geschmeckt habe ich das Öl mit der Trüffel nicht. Sehr Schade. Nehmt euch die Kritik bitte zu Herzen und belehrt eure Gäste nicht. I absolutely do not understand the bad reviews here. The restaurant is near the main street which makes it easy accessible. you hear some cars, but the chill music in the background makes them nearly not noticeable. The waitress was very kind, spoke well English too, and was very anxious. (the one who took our orders, with the green apron) The pizza was the best one I had in the last year. It looked and tasted delicious.
Also our drinks (aperol sprizz) were very good mixed.
Altogether I don't understand the bad reviews because its a nice restaurant with good tasting food. and nice ambiente.
PS: the menu is scannable with a QR code in Italian...
