Ristorante Pizzeria Aquamarina — Restaurant in Olbia

For a restaurant that charges mandatory service at 5 euro per person, the service here was nothing short of tragic. We had to ask to order food 3 times, and when it came, one of us didn't even get a plate when sharing pizza... The whole time we were there, we only had 1 drink and were not asked even once if we wanted something more, which we did. The food was fine, but the worst was when we received the bill. We were charged for bread, butter, and a starter surprise from the kitchen that we never received. Also, the food was overpriced. We were in Sardinia for a week, and this was the worst dinner of the entire week. Also the most expensive by far. The biggest red flag is that the restaurant title states they are a pizzeria however they did not serve pizza and we had to select menu items that were on the menu which were relatively expensive. We felt we had been tricked. Perhaps we are not in the season when there are more people to serve pizza. But then you should not call yourself a pizzeria!!! Don’t mislead people! And beware that the table cover for lunch for each person is €3.50 and a bottle of still water was €4. They provided some bread which I guess cost us €7. So for two people that’s already €11 to the bill. We had two small starter plates of pasta and the final bill was almost €50 (see attached photo) And we waited 25 minutes for our food. There were only 4 tables with people. The food was nice, not great, small portions. Before you go there, you should verify if they actually serve pizza or you might feel misled. Unfortunately, our experience was disappointing. The restaurant was uncomfortably hot, and although we were promised a fan, it never arrived. We also waited quite a while before anyone came to take our order. While the food was good, we had to walk up to the top table ourselves just to get basic items like olive oil, salt, and pepper, which felt out of place for a high end sit down restaurant.

The manager, Bekefanm, was especially rude and unaccommodating. To make matters worse, the waitress mistakenly charged a higher tip to my credit card and processed it in USD without asking for my preference.
