La Locanda — Restaurant in Olginate

Hi, We are gluten free family from PL / senza glutine / bezglutenowa. For us to eat regular things it is not so easy ! We came to that restaurant quite late ~14:00 with idea to eat fish or some food combination for us. The owner server us with fantastic pizza - with different configuration - all the best of gluten free pizza we have ever tried. Unfortunatelly we were bit late to try fishes and other gluten free positions from their menu // well prescribed in details by their menu with division for all allergens! The place have a good atmosphere - nothing luxury but Very pleasant and food is really delicious and fine!!!! Very competent personel and owners took care in a proper way for all allergens selection and dish service afterwords. As a result we were very satisfied, no strange effect after, we paid also reasonable regular price finishing with good IT coffee after. Surly we will visit this magnificent place soon on the way back from Bellagio - that welcome us with portion of fantastic sun at the end of 10.2023 :) ! We recommend this place for everyone who live on gluten free and lattose free /senza lattosio diet but also for the all others!!! No doubt...

Siamo stati recentemente a La Locanda e non possiamo fare a meno di condividere quanto sia stata una bellissima esperienza. Questo posto è un vero gioiello, dove ogni dettaglio è pensato con cura e attenzione. Non solo per la qualità dei piatti, ma anche per il servizio impeccabile che abbiamo ricevuto.

La Locanda si distingue per un'attenzione particolare a chi ha intolleranze alimentari, in particolare al glutine. La mia amica Stefania, che ha questa necessità, è stata trattata con una premura che davvero ci ha colpito. La proprietaria e tutto lo staff sono stati estremamente professionali e gentili, sempre pronti a garantire che ogni piatto fosse preparato con la massima attenzione, rispettando rigorosamente le esigenze alimentari.

La cucina, che dire… i "scialliatellli “ (se non lo scrivo corretamente , perdonami. sono brasiliana)che ho assaggiato erano deliziosi, preparati con ingredienti freschissimi e gustosi. Le porzioni erano generose e ogni boccone un piacere. La crostata della casa, che ha scelto la mia amica Stefania , che faccia aveva … era un vero capolavoro: perfetta nella sua semplicità, con un sapore autentico che ha conquistato il nostro palato.

Anche i camerieri sono stati sempre sorridenti, attenti e pronti a rispondere a ogni nostra esigenza. È raro trovare un posto che sappia combinare tanta qualità, una simile attenzione al cliente e prezzi onesti, tutto con un'atmosfera così accogliente e familiare.

Siamo stati davvero bene, e non vediamo l'ora di tornare. Complimenti vivissimi al cuoco, che ci ha regalato un'esperienza gastronomica indimenticabile, e a tutto lo staff per la loro professionalità e cordialità. Grazie ancora, La Locanda, per aver reso la nostra serata...

The best seafood experience I’ve had in Italy! The La Locanda pasta was out of this world! We also had the Seafood Risoto and it was equally incredible. Both meals had large portion fit for 2. Endless seafood: shrimp, large prawns, clams, muscles, octopus, crab, calamari. Everything fresh and tasty! I was swimming in seafood and flavor explosion. This place is a small town gem, with the most friendly staff who made sure we got home safe as tourist. I Iove this side of Lake Como and I’m already planning my next trip back to visit this...
