I had a very nice meal here on my first evening in Tuscany. I went for the affettato misto (mixed cured meats) as an antipasto and it had everything I like on it, so it started the meal well! Then as my first dish (primo) I went for the paccheri al tonno e pistacchio (tuna and pistacchio pasta). It was very nice, and the combination of fresh cooked tuna with chopped pistacchio and diced courgette went really well together. Finally as my main dish (secondo) I shared a frittura di gamberi e calamari (deep fried prawns and calamari). They were light and crispy and went down very well. Everything I ate was top notch and great value for money...but I'm gonna give it 4 stars as the service was stuttered and our dishes all came out at different times, so it felt like we were all eating separately apart from the last dish that we shared. The appetizer was fine—that’s the only positive thing I can say about this place. If you sit inside, bring Autan; otherwise, you’ll be attacked by mosquitoes. The service was among the worst I’ve ever experienced. The staff were unfriendly and didn’t care if we had to wait.

We asked about the wine menu and what kind of white wine they serve. The waiter’s answer was simply, “A typical Tuscan white wine”—with no further explanation or interest in describing the different varieties available.

While we were eating, the couple at the table next to us waited about 40 to 60 minutes without even being asked what they wanted to order.

It’s also far too expensive for the lack of quality they serve.

Visiting this place is a complete waste of time.

Ristorante carino esteticamente, idoneo a coppie ed a famiglie con bimbi che possono svagarsi liberamente nel piccolo giardino adiacente ai tavoli . Piatti di buona qualità ..purtroppo il servizio non è adeguato .. Tra l'antipasto ed il primo abbiamo aspettato c.a. 1 ora portando tra l'altro le portate ( eravamo in 2 ) separate di 25 minuti ..ovvero quando è arrivato il mio piatto la mia compagna aveva finito già finito da tempo. Camerieri molto confusi e spaesati . Consultandomi con altri clienti nei tavoli adiecenti al nostro abbiamo notato quanto anch'essi fossero spazientiti..senza contare le risposte date dal signore più anziano alquanto fuori luogo e senza un minimo di riguardo alla clientela. Purtroppo le serate negative capitano a tutti i ristoranti ...ma la differenza in questi casi fa la professionalità ed il rispetto cosa che qui è mancata totalmente.
