Ristorante il Leccino — Restaurant in Orbetello

DON'T RECOMMEND. I am very disappointed with this restaurant. The ambience of the restaurant was good but the taste of the plates is boring, and i have to say that the service was horrible. I went there with my family, we were 4, including a child.

First, the waitress explained that the appetiser on the child menu has prosciutto cotto and cheese. After 15 minutes, the child received an appetiser, but there was no cheese, no prosciutto cotto. Waitress admitted the mistake by saying she would be back right away but didn't come back for a long time, and we need to remind another waitress that the child is left without an appetiser. After the appetiser, we need to wait 20 minutes until we get 1st plate. After we finished 1st plate, we waited for 2nd plate, but after 30 minutes, we had to remind them that we were still waiting for the fish we ordered. The last, they also charged water, which we didn't consume. At that point, we didn't even argue for a few euro, but we just left. But seriously, there was nothing to make us bring there back. And if you are planning to go there, I STRONGLY SUGGEST GOING OTHER RESTAURANT. We paid 150euro for this lesson.

Last but not least, tables were only outside. And during dinner we had many kinds of bugs. Many times, it landed on our plates.... There was also frog jumping between tables..... I like to eat outside during summer, but I don't want to eat bugs, and I think restaurants should control a bit more about this issue since it's about...

Se siete alla ricerca di una vera esperienza gastronomica toscana, il Ristorante Il Leccino è il luogo perfetto! Situato sulla Strada Regionale 74 Maremmana, 170, a Orbetello (GR), questo ristorante ci ha regalato una serata indimenticabile, dove tradizione e sapori autentici si fondono alla perfezione.

Abbiamo iniziato il nostro pasto con un ricco tagliere di salumi locali, generoso e perfetto per essere condiviso in due, accompagnato da croccanti bruschette. Una vera chicca è stata l'antipasto offerto dalla casa: olio extravergine di oliva appena fatto, direttamente dalla campagna del 2024. Un tocco che ci ha fatto sentire subito immersi nei sapori genuini della Maremma.

A seguire, ci siamo deliziati con un risotto alla zucca, reso unico dal contrasto con l'aceto di lampone e una spolverata di pecorino, un piatto che ha saputo sorprendere e conquistare il palato. Per concludere in bellezza, i cantucci e vin santo, un classico della tradizione toscana, ci hanno accompagnato dolcemente verso la fine del pasto.

Anche per la nostra bambina il ristorante ha riservato un'attenzione speciale, con un delizioso piatto di pasta al ragù che ha soddisfatto pienamente le sue esigenze.

Il servizio è stato impeccabile: cortese, attento e sempre pronto a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Il personale si è dimostrato disponibile e accogliente, facendoci sentire a casa.

Se cercate un posto dove godervi ottimo cibo, atmosfera familiare e un servizio di qualità, il Ristorante Il Leccino è una tappa obbligata ad Orbetello.

Parlando di numeri: Aperitivo, 1 Gin Tonic e 1 Spritz + Cena per 2 adulti ed una bambina = €115....

We enjoyed our stay here but were really disappointed in the restaurant. Don’t order the Maltagliata pasta with rabbit ragu (bitter pasta, watery ragu) or roasted vegetables (roasted with no oil or seasoning). This was our most expensive meal but our least liked 😞.
