Ho cenato all'Antica Osteria Cascina Rossino 1949 di Ornago, in provincia di Monza e Brianza, in occasione della cena aziendale.

Il ristorante si trova in una cascina ristrutturata in stile rustico, con un'atmosfera molto accogliente. Il servizio è gentile e attento, e i piatti sono preparati con cura e con ingredienti di qualità.

Ho iniziato la cena con un antipasto misto, che includeva salumi, formaggi, verdure e crostini. Il tutto era molto fresco e saporito.

Come primi piatto il risotto alla monzese, un piatto tipico della zona. Il risotto era cotto a puntino e il sapore era perfetto, e un raviolone ricotta di bufala e spinaci con crema di pachino e mandorle tostate. Il raviolo era ben farcito e la crema di pachino e mandorle tostate era un'accompagnamento perfetto.

Infine, ho concluso la cena con un arrosto di vitello con patate. L'arrosto era tenerissimo e le patate erano cotte al punto giusto.
