Su Masellu — Restaurant in Oscheri/Oschiri

Great grill in a town between Olbia and the western part of Sardinia. We just stopped because our kids were hungry but we were greatly surprised to find this beautiful restaurant (it even has a glass floor that permits you to see the cellar and a well). The food was great and the service, better. 10/10...

Extremely delicious! And at fair price. Had a very nice Buffalo steak and my wife some beef stripes with parmiggiano and rocket salad. They also have some great looking aged beefs different aging grades and from around the globe.

Materia prima di qualità, aspetto importante ma non l’unico di cui tenere conto quando si fa un’esperienza culinaria. Sulla presentazione finale e sui tipi di cottura, nel passaggio dalla griglia al tavolo, diciamo che si può fare di più. Sul servizio decisamente si può migliorare, al momento non è sicuramente adeguato alla spesa. L’ambiente sarebbe bello e confortevole, se non facesse però un caldo che mal si sopporta per ovvie ragioni in questa stagione, soprattutto mentre si mangia carne rossa e si beve vino rosso.
