Rooms shabby with paint coming off the wall, ceiling looks like it was flooded, with huge stains, no duvet (you have to sleep under the sheets to get warmer).Only one electrical outlet in the room - a small one so no possibility to plug in round plugs. The hairdryer made of plastic which gets hotter when you blowdry your hair - I wasnt able to hold it without burning my hand. Breakfast was disastrous - a group of 40 people couldn’t service themselves - there was only one waitress who could hand the food to customers - so 30 minutes waiting in line just to eat breakfast. Additionally the food was running off pretty quickly and there wasn’t enough waiters to bring it on time - more waiting. I spent 20 minutes waiting for coffee - there’s only one coffee machine so if it’s currently brewing coffee a huge queue is forming. The surroundings dont help the hotel as well. A huge NO, I dont recommend...

Most important the toilet was dirty!! with a SPOTS on the seat. The shower has rust on a floor and a shower head was really disgating. It is 4 star hotel only in lobby. The most overpriced hotel I ever booked, room is very simple and looks like a class in kindergarden. It doesnt have closet, small window almost at the ceiling. It doesnt have a kettle as well which is pretty standart for a 4 star hotel! The room was maximum 2 star Apparently it has an Ok reputation only because people stay here only for one night on a road. Avoid this place cause its definetely waste of money! For this price I was expecting more. The most dissapointment in my trip.

MAI PIÙ!! 2 adulti 2 bambini. Arrivati in serata ci viene consegnata una camera inguardabile, odore nauseante ore se fossero giorni e giorni che non cambiava aria, pavimento sporchissimo e polvere che si vedeva in ogni parte ( vedere foto ). Lamentandoci subito in reception ci viene assegnata in altra camera ma unica disponibile una tripla con letto alla francese e un lettino...scomodissimi notte insonne per tutti. La mattina per iniziare la giornata la miglior cosa e fare una doccia...ma guarda caso all’apertura di essa acqua che fuoriusciva da tuti i tubi allagando soffitti pareti etc.. una cosa mai vista, oltre il danno la beffa. Al risveglio nessuno a potuto lavarsi. Incrociando le dita scendiamo per colazione. Non ho parole ambiente freddo, buffet vuoto piatti vuoti 2 fettine di salame 2 fettine di prosciutto e 2 brioche, giuro proprio due... arriva la ragazza dicendo che sarebbe arrivata a fare riempimento, passano 5 minuti e si presenta con 3 brioche di numero...decidiamo di alzarci scegliendo di andare a fare colazione da in altra parte. Vado a pagare ma chiaramente chiedo del direttore spiegandogli tutti i fatti accaduti ( si giustifica dando colpa ai suoi collaboratori ) sul totale di euro 100 la cosa migliore che poteva fare era non farmi pagare niente... mi applica uno sconto di 20 euro...senza parole. Se l’USSL viene a fare un controllo questi chiudono. Questa recensione è un parere mio e personale...ma credetemi il con la mia famiglia e lavoro viaggio in alberghi/hotel almeno una volta al mese e questo oramai da anni. 4 Stelle NOOO forse 1 per la posizione strategica fuori...
