We had a lovely meal as a takeaway: seafood pasta and fish with lovely simply roasted potatoes. I'm amazed how well this restaurant is run. It was a friendly and very welcoming experience from the time i walked in to the very end. You can see the owners are really living it.
I even looked at the 1-star and non-5-star reviews and i really don't get what these people are trying to express apart from using their freedom of speech. This restaurant is obviously doing their best in choosing the best ingredients. The capers on the fish were great and so were the olives part of the sauce. Not to mention the unique pasta and the fresh fish.
I'd post pictures but it's the taste you are after. Go and try, cannot recommend it more! If not sure if it is open, call before and check - local opening times might surprise you if you're coming from and used to a commercial restaurant times. After calling in advance, we were greeted with smiles and open arms upon our arrival. Claudio can speak English, German, and of course Italian. The house white wine was beautiful and light, the beer ice cold and the food is as traditional as it gets with an authentic ‘home made’ feel and is delicious.
