Location is beautiful and the food was fine. Unfortunately, we did not enjoy a very attentive service and waited extraordinarily long for the first course while other tables had been served much faster with multiple courses. The dishes were cold when they arrived. We also had to ask twice for the dessert menu and were then merely told which options were already finished.

We had the most amazing dining experience at the Cucina Della Provvidenza. The food was excellent, the best we have had in Salento, by far. The service impeccable, the staff very welcoming and attentive, and then there’s the view, you won’t want to miss it.
