Atrocious service. We were left to wait for over one and a half hours for our food. The waiter was rude and hostile, and started an argument over a glass of warm white wine saying that "that's what we have, take it or leave it". The owner popped out of the kitchen to try to justify the appalling service saying that they were "overwhelmed", but ended up talking rudely to us and making us feel even worse about our dinner. One of our orders never arrived and left a nine year old girl without dinner. The majority of the tables in the room had to wait unacceptably long times to be served (way over an hour, which for a small sized restaurant is simply unacceptable). Overall this was by far the worst dining experience of my life. I had to restrain myself from getting into a full on argument with the incredibly rude waiter. I left feeling robbed of my money and extremely irritated by the experience.

We visited this Pizzeria for dinner. It is situated in the centre of the city. They serve mainly Pizzas and also have an a la carte category with Pasta dishes.
We had Pizza and it was delicious. They have wood stone oven and their pizzas are very tasty with authenticity. I recommend trying their desserts as well. I loved their Tiramisu and their chocolate muffin with a scoop of ice cream. They also serve Coffee if you want after eating.
The service was excellent and quick. As we visited on a weekend we had to wait quite a bit for getting our pizzas but it was worth it.
This restaurant is definitely worth a visit if...

Cenato di sabato sera con prenotazione. Invitati da amici con premesse eccellenti. UNA DELUSIONE TOTALE ( eccetto per la pulizia ).
Considerazioni da parte del personale zero assoluto già dal nostro arrivo.
I camerieri vagavano come cellule impazzite.
Ho lavorato anni nel ramo della ristorazione e in questo locale mancano del tutto le basi al servizio Sala.
Se non si riesce a seguire la clientela come si deve con il personale a disposizione 2 sono le scelte : A) Aumentare il personale ( anche se ritengo che i 3 camerieri per un locale del genere siano sufficienti ).
B) Scelta CONSIGLIATA : investire nella formazione del personale.
Un sorriso che sia tale credo non siano in grado di farlo nemmeno su richiesta.
Per quanto riguarda il prodotto.. ho cenato con una focaccia al formaggio..gli ingredienti di base ,in sè, buoni .. La cottura ha pregiudicato il quanto.
Reazione di Maillard superata abbondantemente ( un concentrato di crateri di natura lavica ) consistenza della sfoglia molliccia.
La conclusione della cena ( caffè e gelato ) l'abbiamo ultimata in un altro locale di Ovada.
Ci ritornerei ? NEL MODO PIÙ ASSOLUTO.
P.S. la cosa che più ci ha spiazzato , dopo più di un'ora di attesa ..e vedere 4 tavoli serviti prima del nostro.. è stata subire l'esternazione indispettita della cameriera: "CI VUOLE PAZIENZA" !!!
E no cara..qui non ci vuole pazienza..ci vuole che impari a fare il tuo lavoro come si deve !!!!
Se non chiedevo espressamente a un altro cameriere ..se qualcuno poteva interessarsi al nostro tavolo ,saremmo diventati parte integrante dell'arredo.
