Santo Gusto Padenghe — Restaurant in Padenghe sul Garda

We were at the restaurant in Padenghe for the birthday of my husband. Unfortunately is was a disappointment for us. We ordered for our daughter the fish dish . As it was served it was mentioned that there was no smoke. As this is what they are famous for we found it very disappointing. Why not mentioning it before. We ordered to have a chokes. I ordered pesche spada and grilled vegetables. Instead of that I got a big plate of grilled fish. It was a discussion what was ordered. Better work with a menu card instead of qr code to look what they have. But it is nog possible to order with the qr code. And beside that nothing was said about the birtday of my husband. He and my son had the black angus and it was with a lot of fat and is was not as tender as it was supposed to be. We were at salò at Santa Giustina and it was much softer and better there. It was supposed to be a great evening but we left kind of sad and without a dessert. I send a message by facebook for a reaction but they did not respond. Siamo stati a cena in occasione del compleanno di mia moglie il 10 agosto di quest’anno. Siamo arrivati alle ore 21.00 e ci hanno fatto accomodare nella sala interna sul lato dx con climatizzatore spento. Noi, come le altre persone ai tavoli, abbiamo passato buona parte del tempo a farci aria con il tovagliolo tentando di asciugarci il sudore. Alle ore 21.35 nessuno si era ancora presentato per prendere l’ordinazione ma soprattutto nemmeno per portare una bottiglia di acqua. Dopo aver ottenuto l’attenzione di un cameriere chiamandolo ripetutamente, abbiamo ordinato 1 bottiglia di acqua, 2 pizze gourmet, 2 bicchieri di lugana. Dopo pochi minuti hanno portato erroneamente 2 bottiglie di acqua. All’arrivo delle pizze, purtroppo il lugana non era ancora stato portato al tavolo. All’ultima fetta di pizza, abbiamo sollecitato nuovamente un cameriere a provvedere in quanto stavamo terminando la cena. Il vino lo abbiamo bevuto dopo aver concluso le pizze. Notando i “tempi” di risposta, noi, e come i ragazzi al tavolo di fianco al nostro, abbiamo saltato purtroppo l’ordinazione del dolce. Ci siamo portati alla cassa per provvedere al pagamento, e la ragazza non ci ha chiesto nulla su come fosse andata la cena. Dopo aver fatto il pagamento con poche parole, siamo andati nel parcheggio per ripartire con la nostra auto e in quell’occasione siamo venuti a conoscenza di una cosa di dubbia trasparenza. Noi, come altre persone, siamo venuti a conoscenza dal parcheggiatore presente in loco che i parcheggi in corrispondenza del ristorante erano due parcheggi differenti seppur con nomi uguali “Parking Santo Gusto”. Il parcheggiatore ci spiegava che il parcheggio adiacente era a pagamento e che il pagamento doveva essere effettuato entro 10 minuti dall’entrata. Noi, insieme ad altri, ci siamo recati immediatamente alla cassa automatica per cercare di provvedere al pagamento ma non era più possibile. Preciso che all’entrata di tale parcheggio non vi era alcuna sbarra abbassata che impediva l’entrata, ed, seppur con pochissima luminosità, abbiamo poi notato la presenza di telecamere con funzione di lettori targa. Dopo alcuni giorni ci siamo visti recapitare presso la nostra residenza una sanzione di 30 euro emessa da una società privata che gestisce il controllo aree di sosta per il mancato pagamento.
