Autogrill Limenella — Restaurant in Padua

When we got in, I saw that the fork and knife was unclean, and there was plastick, fries and crayons on the ground, even a chicken wing! The service was taking too long and only when we asked, when it will be ready, they gave it to us, the waiters could not speak or understand english, there even was a barking dog! Absolutley ridiculous service, noone speaks any english, considering this is a highway restaurant where therr are a lot of foreigners this is just idiotic. had to wait to pay as they mixed up the orders and noone cared to explain anything, although we've asked multiple times. Even though it was very clear we do not speak Italian the staff kept on talking to us in Italian. Horrible service and overpriced food in the restaurant upstairs. Definitely would...

I have never experienced this, the lady behind the counter of the checkout didn't say a word to us and didn't even want to look at us when we were paying! She really acted like she hated us before it was our turn at the checkout.

We tried to stay kind but we where so blown away by her arrogance. So we had to say thank you at the end 4 times before she wanted to say prego.
