Antica Osteria Ai Tubi — Restaurant in Palazzolo dello Stella

Overall a very good medium to high end Italian restaurant specialised in fish dishes. The food was good, the prices reasonable high (around 20€ for a dish) and the service great. I can recommend the restaurant if you are looking for a medium to high end restaurant. The only caveat is that I was not quite blown away by the food at this price point in terms of flavour. The portion size and quality was very good.

The airbnb owner recommended this place to me and I chose it because I wanted something a bit more high end after yesterdays dissapointment and because I wanted some fish. There were not many people in the restaurant, but that might be because it is tuesday. The decor was nice and the waiter was a true professional: Very accomodating and polite. Oh what a great night we had in the Antica Wisteria so Tubing! This restaurant is really beautiful, with nice interior and backyard. Capodanno 2024 locale pieno a tappo stivati come sardine pagamento alla consegna del braccialetto verde direttamente al tavolo euro 50 servizio a buffet uno in sala grande uno difronte al bancone del bar in fila tra persone che viaggiavano con piatti in mano e altri che compravano bibite albancone del bar con disagio enorme per raggiungere il tavolo tra scusa posso passare e doversi alzare per permettere agli altri ospiti di raggiungere il tavolo. Servizio di impianto piatti direttamente su una mensola di fronte al bancone del bar con posate e pane esposto alla portata di tutti dove (i più zelanti si aiutavano con l'unica pinza) altri direttamente con le mani sia per le posate che per il pane-grissoni, piatti riempiti sul posto e passati direttamente dalle mani dei camerieri (senza guanti) agli ospiti. dj posizionato in sala grande comunque piena di tavoli con ospiti che ballavano e ospiti che cercavano di mangiare.... cibo nella norma data la confusione e l impianto veloce dei piatti. Non capisco come un locale pubblico noto arrivi a un livello così basso (norme comunque dettate da haccp normativa sulla sicurezza alimentare e servizi di ristorazione) per un evento come capodanno 2024.
