Pizzeria Gabibbo — Restaurant in Palermo

Food was nothing like pictured on menu, they brought us 2 dish we did not order - but the items we did order we waited 1hour to receive! We asked 3 times where is our food, we were the first people in restaurant - an hour later 7 tables got there after us received their food but we still had nothing. When the food finally arrived, it looked different than the menu, everything was not tasty, the only delicious item was the simple bread. Terrible service and food was not good. If you are a visitor - don’t go there. They totally catered to the locals and served them...

When you just take a glimpse of it, it looks like an ordinary small restaurant. But when you actually go there, the interior design is fancy along with a outside dining area. Oh, and yes. This is the first restaurant I came to when I first came to Italy yesterday. The good was so good. La parola d'ordine qui è: PROFESSIONALITÀ. Dai camerieri alle ragazze dell'area giochi è un tripudio di gentilezza, attenzione e cortesia, per non parlare del titolare, il sig. Teresi, un vero SIGNORE che sa cosa vuol dire fare questo mestiere. (Ha subito provveduto a spostare i posaceneri esterni quando gli ho espresso il mio fastidio per il fumo di sigaretta che entrava in veranda; ci ha offerto con estrema gentilezza una varietà di dolci portando lui stesso il vassoio al tavolo... Tutto questo sempre con sorriso e accortezza, qualità essenziale per chi vuole lavorare nella ristorazione!) La pizza è eccellente, una delle migliori che abbia mai mangiato, il locale ampio e accogliente, si respira un'aria familiare e rilassante, ideale per trascorrere una serata "perfetta", anche perché i bambini sono sorvegliati nell'area giochi e mentre si divertono tu puoi goderti la cena in totale serenità! Le ragazze, fantastiche, segnano il numero del tuo tavolo e se i bambini vogliono uscire te li accompagnano fin lì! ( E senza pagare extra!) Il servizio è un' altra chicca di questo posto, non posso che dargli un 10 e lode, nonostante le molte presenze non abbiamo aspettato chissà quanto per mangiare, ed è stata una bella sorpresa per me, che odio le attese interminabili dei locali nei weekend! I prezzi più che giusti. Che dire.... Mi hanno letteralmente conquistata e senza dubbio ci tornerò con grande grande...
