We ate here twice for dinner during our stay in Salento. The place is packed with locals and no English menu so you know you have found the real deal. Pizza was excellent and prices very reasonable. You can take away or eat on the sidewalk seating for a 2€ coperto.

Amazing place! The burgers and paninis were delicious and full of flavor. The atmosphere is super cozy with a great vibe, and the warm welcome from the staff made the experience even better. Plus, having cats around makes it such a unique and fun spot....

Uno sguardo oltre il bancone e sembra di essere in una delle tante pizzerie "by the slice" newyorkesi. Invece ci troviamo in un insospettabile locale a Palmariggi che serve ottime pizze, succulenti pezzetti di cavallo della tradizione salentina, grigliate miste, rosticceria, donuts e dolci vari, superlativi hamburger e addirittura freschissime birre artigianali prodotte nel retro bottega.

Il mio burger completo, con Irish Angus da duecento grammi, è il vincitore della serata, non ho dubbi. Ma sul podio porta con se anche la lodevole English IPA e la simpatia dei proprietari.

Prima di andar via poi, qualcuno mi ha suggerito Maxi Bufalo Burger ed una interessante ricetta fuori menù. Ho quindi almeno un paio di buone ragioni per...
