Bartender offended for absolutely no valid reason... Especially by a customer speaking in their mother tongue language. Back in the day of REAL customer care .. the customer would have been POLITELY asked if everything was ok before to pay. Client's should be treated with respect...in this time of crisis.. I would think that their opinions be they positive or negative should be handled in a more professional manner. Unfortunately for this bar ...we will not return. Fortunately there are at least 5 other bars in the area!! So no hard feelings and no more of our money spent in a place that is unfriendly and aggressive with their response... My mother always said think before you speak and think even more about where you spend your hard...

Frequento questo bar ogni mattina per il loro caffè eccezionale, e spesso mi fermo anche per un pranzo di lavoro. La qualità è sempre al top: il caffè è semplicemente perfetto e i piatti sono curati nei minimi dettagli, con porzioni ideali. Il servizio è rapido ed efficiente, il personale è cordiale e simpatico, creando un'atmosfera accogliente. Un vero punto di forza è la loro selezione di distillati, davvero ampia e di qualità per un locale di questa tipologia. Il personale è competente e sa consigliare al meglio, un valore aggiunto raro da trovare. In sintesi: un locale eccellente sotto tutti i punti di vista, da premiare con 10 e lode!...

Ce bar est un bar très chaleureux, confortable, et puis cet accueil ainsi que le service qui nous a été accordé étaient irréprochables. Un grand merci aux employés qui s'y trouvaient ils ont su nous recommander des boissons, ainsi j'ai obtenu mon cocktail sans alcool qui a été totalement improvisé et qui était splendide. Ainsi on ne s'attendait pas à ce qu'avec les différentes boissons on obtiendrait des plateaux remplis de petits apéritifs, c'est quelque chose que nous avons particulièrement apprécié. Un grand merci et puis nous n'hésiterons pas une seconde d'y retourner lors d'un prochain...
