Ristorante "Comedìa Bistrot" — Restaurant in Patrica

My husband and I are very late writing this review. We came upon this beautiful village in the hills on our way to Rome. Our lunch at Comedia Bistrot was 10 out of 10. The food was amazing and the people beautiful. If we are fortunate enough to return to Italy from New Zealand our home country we will come and stay in Patricia. Ho avuto il piacere di cenare al Comedìa Bistrot a Patrica, e devo dire che è stata un'esperienza davvero piacevole. Sin dall'antipasto, un mix di salumi, formaggi e prodotti freschi della casa, ben presentati nel piatto, si percepisce l'attenzione alla qualità degli ingredienti.

Il primo piatto è stato eccezionale: ravioli freschi ripieni di ricotta, mortadella e pistacchio, mantecati al burro con mortadella croccante e granelli di pistacchio. Un'esplosione di sapori che ha reso il piatto memorabile.

Per dolce, il "Gigliettomisù" ha concluso perfettamente la cena: una crema al mascarpone con giglietto patricano, cacao e caffè, un tocco di dolcezza che rispecchia la tradizione locale.

Il personale è stato cordiale e simpatico, contribuendo a rendere l'atmosfera ancora più accogliente. Situato proprio al centro di Patrica, il Comedìa Bistrot è un luogo dove si mangia bene e ci si sente a casa....
