Fantastic genuine Sicilian food! We were in patti for three weeks on holiday and ate at different restaurants in town but this is by far the best one. The food is authentic Sicilian with fresh ingredients in good sized portions at really affordable prices, a lot of fish and vegetarian options. They also have a lot of different locally produced beer witch is nice if you want to drink something else than normal...

We had to come to this place twice: first evening it was fully booked, second time we were here for lunch... Local food, simple but very tasty, we tried few starters - everything was just delicious- highly recommended! Even that nobody from staff spoke English- they found someone here who could!!! And the owner was using google translator later to communicate with us. Definitely...

Non lasciatevi ingannare dall'aspetto un po' anonimo da trattoria di quartiere, da Nonna Gelsena il livello della cucina è decisamente alto e il rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Da non perdere gli spaghetti trafilati al bronzo mantecati al gambero rosso e lime con bottarga di spada, con il suo accostamento di sapori notevole in cui convergono, come recita lo stesso menù, "innovazione, ricerca e passione".
