I recently had the pleasure of dining at Ristorante La Ruota in the charming village of Perdifumo, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we walked in, the warm ambiance and friendly staff set the tone for a delightful meal.
Let’s talk about the meat – it was simply outstanding! Cooked to perfection, the flavors were rich and tender, showcasing the quality of the ingredients. Every bite was a testament to the chef’s commitment to excellence. Whether you choose a classic steak or a local specialty, you’re in for a treat!
And then there’s the pizza. Oh, the pizza! The crust was perfectly crispy, and the toppings were fresh and generous. Each slice was bursting with flavor, making it impossible to resist going back for more. It’s clear that they take great pride in their pizza-making, and it truly shows in every delicious bite.
One of the highlights of the meal was the incredible olive oil. Sourced from local producers, it elevated each dish to another level. Drizzling it over the freshly baked bread was a simple pleasure that I will not soon forget. The rich, fruity notes complemented the flavors of the meal beautifully.
The combination of amazing meat, mouthwatering pizza, and exceptional olive oil makes La Ruota a must-visit for anyone in the area. If you're looking for an authentic culinary experience in a welcoming setting, look no further than this gem in Perdifumo. I can't wait to return for another round of their delectable offerings!...
Read moreThe food is amazing and the restaurant is nestled in the beautiful mountains of Perdifumo. There are windows on all sides to enjoy the most spectacular sunsets and the church bells ringing in the distance make the perfect setting. I love the pizza Profumo estate and my husband loves their steaks. They have a wide selection of steaks from different places and even one from our previous home state of Kansas. They are cooked to perfection and reasonably priced. The desserts are masterpieces, I especially love the tiramisu. Highly recommend this wonderful restaurant for the food, views and a...
Read moreUna delle migliori pizze mai mangiate in vita mia. Lista vini e birra accettabile. Coperto onesto: 1€ a testa. Penso...
