Ristorante La Dimora Del Lupo Petrosino — Restaurant in Petrosino

I found this restaurant using my google search. The photos of the dishes looked really good. We ordered two pasta dishes which took over 40 minutes to arrive even though we were the first customers to arrive that evening. When the dishes came out, it looked nothing like the photos of the dishes previously posted by other diners. Both dishes tasted like they were made using jar sauces which one buys from the supermarket. The mozarella was processed, the pasta was not fresh and drowning in sauce, even the tomatoes were tasteless. Objectively, this is the worst food I have eaten in Italy and I have been to Italy many times. If I was connected to this restaurant in any way, I would be ashamed. Shame the mussels were overcooked or it was cooked earlier than the order went into the kitchen as the tomato base withit was excellent, full of fresh flavours. Non darei nemmeno una stella ma per scrivere la recensione bisogna darne almeno una. Tavolo prenotato per le 21.30. Dopo 20 minuti siamo riusciti a ordinare gli antipasti, 3 antipasti di pesce crudo e 3 antipasti caldi di pesce e gamberi rossi (kg 1). Alle 22.30 ancora non arrivava nulla, chiediamo alla cameriera invano, e l'attesa continua. Sollecitiamo il cameriere per portarci almeno una parte degli antipasti e con indifferenza ci dice che dobbiate aspettare che finisca di servire un'altro tavolo e che a breve arrivava tutto. Siamo andati via alle 23.30 senza aver cenato, non si sono nemmeno scusati per la lunga attesa! Non mi è mai successo di uscire da un ristorante senza aver cenato!
