Ristorante Bar Venezia — Restaurant in Pieve del Grappa

We went there for an expensive dinner, expecting everything from service, atmosphere and food to be TOP.

First mistake is that the restaurant offered us a different table as we reserved in person. Then we were served 2 plates that we didn’t order, after a request and a long waiting for the attention of the waitress, she also brought our firstly requested plates. We came there especially for the plate that we didn’t get at first so we thought it’s strange for the waitress to try to convince us that we ordered something else. I could go on like, that other guests had their fish cut in a nice way in front of them as a nice presentation but the lady opened our more at the second table as ours and we had no idea that was for us. AS WELL AS… The service was super slow and we missed a concert for that reason. ANYWAYS… The following night was a disaster for me since I was PUKING the ENTIRE NIGHT untill all the food I ate was out.

For those reasons we won’t ever go there again.

Questo ristorante era ai primi posti nella mia classifica personale, tanto che per una serata speciale con il mio fidanzato non ho avuto dubbi... purtroppo la notte seguente è stata un inferno. (non so se la causa si possa ricondurre al cibo), dopo una nausea iniziata 2h dopo il termine della cena abbiamo dovuto rinunciare al concerto e tornare a casa. Solo dopo le 5.30 del mattino abbiamo ritrovato un minimo di serenità, quando tutto quello che aveva mangiato è stato riproposto.

Dopo essermi recata da colei che ci aveva servito quella sera con la foto della capasanta più pallida rispetto alle altre, mi è stato detto: 'la capasanta ha solo subito un eccesso di cottura e non è detto che non si sia sentito male per qualcosa mangiato a pranzo, o comunque prima di recarsi da noi'.

Certamente non posso avere la certezza e le prove che la reazione fosse dovuta alla capasanta perché purtroppo nel momento di emergenza ho pensato a stare accanto alla persona che amo e non a sottoporla ad un trasporto fino al prontosocorso. Fatto è che prima della cena si sentiva benissimo e dopo averla rigettatata interamente si è calmato.

Non nego che anche la ristoratrice possa essere stata sfortunata nella compera dal fornitore, ma mi sarei aspettata un tentativo di riconcilio e di scuse.

Mi auguro che non succeda a nessun altro di ribaltare una serata da sogno al...
