Ristorante Bar “Demos” — Restaurant in Piombino

Dies ist kein Restaurant für ein gemütliches Abendessen... Wir haben es gewählt aufgrund der positiven Bewertungen, doch wir sind zum Schluss gekommen, dass diese durch die Tagesgäste zustande gekommen sind. Es ist wie eine Beachbar inkl. kleinem Shop. Es ist den ganzen Tag über geöffnet. Als wir um 20 Uhr ankamen waren noch Gäste in Schwimmsachen auf der Terrasse- sogar nackte Kleinkinder rannen umher.... Wir kamen uns ziemlich overdressed vor, da wir uns auf einen romantischen Abend eingestellt hatten... Wir mussten sehr lange auf den Service warten... Man setzte uns auf Plastik Stühle neben Müllkübeln... Ich wäre ja am liebsten gleich wieder gegangen... Doch mein Mann hat mich überredet zu bleiben.... Wein wurde erst nach erneuter Aufforderung serviert... Wir hatten eine Vorspeise und eine Hauptspeise bestellt- alles kam gleichzeitig... Es ist Massenabfertigung... Nichts besonderes... Ambiente war Katastrophe... Man sieht zwar das Meer, doch das Flair der Beachbar und die Massen an Personen- sehr viele Kinder... Sehr viel Geschrei... Nix mit romantischen letzten...

Sono rimasta delusa dall'esperienza avuta in questo ristorante. La caposala è stata incredibilmente scortese e arrogante. Durante la fase di ordinazione, abbiamo deciso di cambiare un piatto di riso al nero di seppia con della pasta. La reazione della caposala è stata incredibilmente inappropriata: ha strappato il foglio dell'ordinazione e lo ha stropicciato, mettendolo in tasca mentre ci guardava dritto negli occhi con uno sguardo sfidante. Vorrei sottolineare che i piatti non erano ancora stati ordinati in cucina, quindi il cambiamento non avrebbe dovuto essere un problema, specialmente trattandosi dei piatti destinati ai bambini.

Capisco che la stagione estiva possa essere stressante per i ristoratori, ma consiglio vivamente al titolare di prendere provvedimenti riguardo la caposala, poiché il suo comportamento non è assolutamente adatto a questo mestiere e rischia di far perdere molti clienti.
