i can give the old wild west restaurants a 5 stars feedback of each one of the plenty locations in Italy , really i like the food and the atmosphere and the service .the prices is also reasonable . the decorations are really unique in each of the location though is al about the old western life but it's unique in each restaurant ,ive visited 6 different locations so far and i love each one of them , the menu is so wide , of course you'll find some modern food like smashed burger which i don't think it was even knowing on the time of the cowboys and Jesse James 😂 but i like it really cozy place to go to eat and the food are delicious and the stuff service are great . compare to Macdonald's tje old wild west is far far more better 5 stars feedback ,...

I live in front of the restaurant so I go there a lot but no more. The crew was always antipatic, the food is all from frozen ingridient (the burgers also), if you want a fresh burger you need to pay more (they actually ask you what you prefer), if you want to switch the side dish to another (even if in the same price) you need to pay more. What more sauce or to change it? Pay more money. Ignoring all of that and speaking of food quality, it's not such a great hamburger (especially not the frozen one) and the quality in way too low for the price. If you are a tourist, don't come here. The waiters make mistakes and claim that it is italian style. Most of our food was cold and not fresh. When we told them, they offerd us the dessert but we still had to pay for it and we didnt get any compensation. Also 2 person asked for saus, and they charged all 5 of us for it. When we told them about it, they didnt want to give us our money back. After a heated discussion with them, the waiter that charged us wrongly ended up paying us back from his own pocket.
