i can give the old wild west restaurants a 5 stars feedback of each one of the plenty locations in Italy , really i like the food and the atmosphere and the service .the prices is also reasonable . the decorations are really unique in each of the location though is al about the old western life but it's unique in each restaurant ,ive visited 6 different locations so far and i love each one of them , the menu is so wide , of course you'll find some modern food like smashed burger which i don't think it was even knowing on the time of the cowboys and Jesse James 😂 but i like it really cozy place to go to eat and the food are delicious and the stuff service are great . compare to Macdonald's tje old wild west is far far more better 5 stars feedback , good job guys

Siamo stati io e il mio ragazzo a cena ieri sera, 19/03/2025 e mai scelta fu peggiore di questa. Arriviamo nel locale alle 21, la ragazza ( minuta con i capelli neri raccolti) ci viene incontro dopo un po’ e ci propone un posto per due nella saletta sulla sinistra molto angusto e tra 4 tavoli tutti pieni. Visto che la sala a destra era mezza vuota chiedo se possiamo metterci lì, era un problema non ho capito per cosa e ci siamo piazzati nel posto proposto dove si entrava a malapena. Penso che la stessa ragazza abbia aspettato mezz’ora per prendere la comanda, mentre sparecchiava con molta calma gli altri tavoli, e con due o tre tavoli ancora rimanenti nel locale e solo perché le abbiamo fatto cenno. Dopo poco arrivano anelli di cipolla e nachos, decenti. Poi nel mentre mangiavamo quelli arrivano anche i due panini, entrambi freddi con il pane molliccio. Il mio sapeva solo delle salse che conteneva e gli altri ingredienti, tra cui le ribs, non sapevano di nulla. Patate fredde che sapevano di cartone. Abbiamo mangiato solo perché era già tardi e avevamo fame e abbiamo fatto la scelta sbagliata! Perché poi entrambi siamo stati male di stomaco stanotte! Il tutto per 26€ a testa che per mangiare degli hamburger così scadenti è davvero folle! La qualità di questa catena negli anni è peggiorata, non andate! Ah, se a servire e alle cassa metteste degli automi robot sarebbe meglio, almeno sarebbero un po’ più veloci, tanto anche gli umani attuali non spiccicano una parola! Viene da chiedersi se il personale non stia boicottando apposta il locale, forse perché il trattamento economico non è adeguato? Detto questo non ci metterò più piede e consiglio a chiunque stia leggendo questa recensione di fare altrettanto.

Has so much potential but service and food quality lets it down. Restaurant has great decor, good music but felt the staff didn’t want the custom and half our order was diabolical. My steak was cooked perfectly but served cold, my friends steak was 90% fat. When highlighted to waitress she simply shrugged her shoulder.

I live in front of the restaurant so I go there a lot but no more. The crew was always antipatic, the food is all from frozen ingridient (the burgers also), if you want a fresh burger you need to pay more (they actually ask you what you prefer), if you want to switch the side dish to another (even if in the same price) you need to pay more. What more sauce or to change it? Pay more money. Ignoring all of that and speaking of food quality, it's not such a great hamburger (especially not the frozen one) and the quality in way too low for the price. If you want a good burger, go to HAT, Romeo, Baraccuda, Gramigna ecc. Even McDonalds would be a...

If you are a tourist, don't come here. The waiters make mistakes and claim that it is italian style. Most of our food was cold and not fresh. When we told them, they offerd us the dessert but we still had to pay for it and we didnt get any compensation. Also 2 person asked for saus, and they charged all 5 of us for it. When we told them about it, they didnt want to give us our money back. After a heated discussion with them, the waiter that charged us wrongly ended up paying us back from his own pocket.
